We are convinced that improving the performance and innovative capacity of organisations goes along with the development of their human resources. Hence, standards of good work are an indispensable part of economic success in production and service sectors. In this context, we conduct research in the design of work, organisation and technology in the industry, trades and health sectors. Another focus of the research is the organisation of participatory work in digitised environments.
