Successfully shaping digital change in inpatient geriatric care through systematic skills development and participation
The ILAG - Institut Leistung Arbeit Gesundheit GbR, Plön, as the coordinating research institution, together with the partner institutions Hospital zum Heiligen Geist, Hamburg and oncampus GmbH, Lübeck, is conducting a new three-year research project funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor.
The social partners involved in the project are the church trade union, Hamburg, ver.di Hamburg, and the Verband kirchlicher und diakonischer Anstellungsträger e.V. (VKDA), Hamburg. The project is being carried out in the field of action: Promoting continuing education in times of change.
