2. Description and scope of data processing
When you subscribe to an ILAG newsletter, the data entered in the registration form is transmitted to the phpList newsletter system.
The following data is collected during registration:
- IP address of the calling computer
- Date and time of registration
- Email address of the user
- Information about receiving the newsletter. For example, that the newsletter was received on XX.XX.2023.
- All information concerning changes, e.g., unsubscribing from a newsletter
- In connection with data processing for the purpose of sending newsletters, no data will be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter.
The following data is also collected:
- Individual measurement, storage, and evaluation of open rates and click rates for the purpose of designing future newsletters
3. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for processing data after the user has subscribed to the newsletter is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
4. Purpose of data processing
The data collected is used exclusively for the purpose of sending the newsletter(s).
5. Duration of storage
Your above-mentioned data will be stored for as long as it is needed to send the newsletter(s). As soon as you are no longer subscribed to any ILAG newsletters, all data relating to you will be automatically deleted from the newsletter system.
6. Unsubscribe from newsletter, revoke consent
The newsletter subscription can be canceled by the registered person at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter. The legality of the processing remains unaffected until revocation.
