Society for Ergonomics and Work Science (GfA)

The Society for Ergonomics and Work Science (GfA) is an association of scientists and other interested parties with the aim of promoting work science. Work science deals with the analysis, structure and design of work processes. For this, technical, organisational and social conditions of the work are taken into account. GfA is committed to achieving the goals of individual occupational health and safety, the social adequacy of work and technical and economic rationality. In particular, the GfA regards itself as a platform for the exchange  between science and practice as well as all interested social groups.

Two ILAG colleagues are active members in the association. An example can be found here: Remote Leadership
