Heinrich Heine University

“HHU has been the university of the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia since 1965. It regards itself as a "Bürgeruniversität" (which translates into "citizens' university“) and an interdisciplinary-focussed, networked and comprehensive university. It feels particularly connected to the values embodied by its namesake, Heinrich Heine -  tolerance, cosmopolitanism, equality and freedom.“ https://www.hhu.de/die-hhu/profil
